The darling of York Regional Police Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili  #1133 gets bail on accessory after the fact to 1st. degree murder. Maryam Torabipour was granted bail in Ontario Superior Court on February 28, 2011. It was opposed by the Crown but the application was successful under an unusually high bail (only seen with organized crime members like Hell’s Angels etc.). It is clear she is involved in “gang” activity and the murder was in fact a premeditated hit and her involvement and the evidence were heavy.

Reporters were in attendance but the Liberal decided not to run the story as police are still investigating. We chose to report it as this is public information and easily obtainable. If you recall in our earlier post Maryam Torabipour bragged online about other criminal activity including sending threatening anthrax hoaxes to various government offices in Down Town Toronto and Ottawa (where she was arrested). Both Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili and Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi of District 4 York Regional Police and Detective Mark Charlesbois of District 2 York Regional Police have deemed Maryam Torabipur and the Maleki-Raei family “wonderful people” as late as of January 2011. In fact the Maleki-Raeis and their Texas gangster Uncle Bahman Hafez-Amini have claimed  (in emails sent to many people including our blog) that Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133 “adores and cherishes” the Maleki-Raeis and has actually spent a whole day “comforting” and “cherishing” the Maleki-Raeis in court where he was neither an investigating officer or called as a witness. The Maleki-Raeis brag that he was in attendance as a friend to “destroy” their perceived enemies and help their “case”. Yes folks, they actually brag about this in written emails sent to many people including other officers and government officials. I will post that email once we get legal clearance to post the documents they sent us with the email.

The Bail Conditions are as follows:

  • $75,000 bail posted by her mother Fariba Maleki-Raei and her Grandmother Farida (Fatemeh) Hafez-Amini
  • Weapons ban
  • No affiliation or communication with various gang members in York Region and Toronto
  • Reside with her mother Fariba Maleki-Raei
  • 12:00am-6:00 am curfew
  • can not leave the Province

Murder By York Regional Police: More FACT than Fiction…..

In a bizarre twist in the ridiculous story of York Regional Police corruption , it seems that members of the Maleki-Raei family, namely Forooz Maleki and Afarin Maleki attempted to hire an “Afghan”  person to “burn the face of …children..with acid”. This, thankfully never took place as far as we know. However, it is interesting to note that the threats were posted on September 22, 2010 and can be seen here:

It is also intresting to note that Mohand Mohamed is a Farsi speaking Afghanistani native. He is the long time boyfriend of Maryam Torabipour. As stated previously Maryam Torabipour is the niece of both the “ladies” listed as the conspirators in the acid attack,namely Forooz Maleki and Afarin Maleki. Was Mohand Mohamed the “Afghan” they were speaking of? These threats were once again and dutifully dismissed by Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili.

It is also of note that Maryam Torabipour is very close with Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili of the York Regional Police. They were in  daily contact with each other right up to her arrest. Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili also went beyond the call of duty of side tracking investigations into anthrax hoax letters sent to various government offices in Toronto in the months of Oct/Nov. 2010. Our contacts in the Toronto Police tell us that the investigation is currently being re-opened due to the perceived corruptness of Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili.

It is also interesting to note that Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili investigated clearly fraudulent claims made by Maryam Torabipour against various individuals in Dec/2010. Many sources close to both accused state that Maryam Torabipour, like her family, has thrown around the name of Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili. The picture that is emerging is a very disturbing  criminal alliance between Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili and the criminal and deadly Maleki-Raei family. This “relationship” has not gone unnoticed by other government agencies and police districts. The word “dirty” in reference to Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili is being whispered in the highest courts of law.

In another bizarre twist – Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi of District 4 vouched for the co-accused Maryam Torabipour insisting she and the family “are among the cleanest and amazing” people he has met (or never met- it’s not clear if he was just backing his dirty  “boy” Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili   or actually met the family). In an ironic twist of ugliness and incompetence it was Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi whom had to approve the press release announcing the arrest of his certified “clean” gal pal Maryam Torabipour:

One question that needs to be answered and examined in court is this: How can a Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili and Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi vouch so hard and violently for the family and Maryam Torabipour as late as January 2011 and she ends up charged as an accessory to 1st. degree murder a few weeks later? Either they are incompetent or corrupt as corrupt can be. The emerging picture points to the latter.

Birds of a Feather…… MURDER people together………. Fariba Maleki-Raei’s Daughter on a Murder Rap

We have to keep this one brief but Maryam Torabipour was charged with accessory after the fact in connection with a murder that took place in York Region.
If you Google “Maryam Torabipour” you will see that she has been involved in numerous online threats dating back a few months. It is clear these people fully intend to follow through with their threats as the victim was “targeted” by Maryam’s  boyfriend and killer – Mohand Mohamed. And yes HOMICIDE “Detectives” in York Region- They were romantically linked and Maryam Torabipour had much more to do with his attempted “escape” than just a “visit” to Ottawa.


Now we are not “brilliant” and “honest” nor “honorable” Detectives such as Maurizio Gentili or Mark Charlesbois but if we “were” we would start searching Maryam Torabipour’s Financial records commencing after the murder to arrest. In these records you will find a bunch of hotel stays in and around Markham area specifically in Hotels that are in proximity to Smith’s Medical ( Employee- Her Aunt Forooz Maleki) and Genivar Markham (Employee- Her Aunt Afarin Maleki). You might want to ask hotel employees if they seen  Mohand Mohamed lurking around with his “Bonnie”.  The “Detectives” will also find numerous charges for fast food, gas and clothing from businesses located around the Markham area. Bonnie and Clyde were holed up there for at least a week before he THEY  tried their escape to Ottawa. Even more disturbing is Maryam Torabipour bought a bunch of “beauty” supplies days before her trip to Ottawa. Among them were Persian Wax, clippers, hair dye and tanner. What exactly was she planning? Altering a certain someone’s appearance to get him through that Vermont border?


If the police think that Maryam Torabipour was the only person involved in this then this is obviously a case for one of their “friends” in  the York Regional Police. Perhaps Detective Maurizio Gentili or Charlesbois will like to take over this investigation as he did the “Powder to  government officials” investigation ? The same threat letters that were sent to government officials and filibustered by Detective Maurizio Gentili were self reportedly (re: bragged online ) sent by Maryam Torabipour.  They even taunt their perceived enemies about licking the envelopes and touching the paper because she had no fear of arrest due to the Maleki- Raei’s connection with Detective Constable Maurizio Genitli:

The aforementioned Hamid Torabipour is the estranged father of Maryam Torabipour. The envelope mentioned by a “F.Maleki” were a series of bizarre anthrax hoaxes sent to various government officials and individuals in an attempt to frame Hamid Torabipour and/or over turn an O.C.L report that failed to go the way of a Maleki-Raei whom is involved in an ugly and dirty custody battle.


But what do WE know? The family has already been certified “amazingly and deliciously good and great” by members of the York Regional Police . That includes Ms. Torabipour. I wonder if that includes the shooter also? Will Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili also offer his stamp of approval for the “alleged” murderer(s)? Maybe he can explain his lack of action to  the 3 year old child of the murder victim.

What they failed to report is the allegations that Detective Mark Charlebois of the York Regional Police was a former member of the Northern Alliance ( a now defunct “White Pride” group that had a hate for Jews).These are only “allegations” at this point.

However, if you have been following this blog or many online posting by the Maleki-Raei family, specifically Afarin Maleki, you would know that the family are rabid and outspoken anti-Semites. On January 03, 2011 the Maleki-Raei group sent out a mass of anti-Semitic emails to various groups of people. In these emails they brag how Detective Mark Charlebois and a Detective Maurizio Gentili “hate Jews” and “understand us”. It is curious how a known anti-Semite, Afarin Maleki-Raei, walks into District 2 police station to file a slew of fraudulent complaints  and the person who takes the case is Detective Mark Charlebois. As the emails state- “he asked for the case personally”.
There is something wrong in York Region. And that “something” is Anti-Semitism. Slowly but surely we will prove it. The corruption runs deep.

Detective Mark Charlebois , #815 is “investigating” for Richmond Hill resident Afarin Maleki-Raei.
Detective Maurizio Gentili , #1133 is “investigating” for Thornhill resident Foroozandeh Maleki-Raei.
The Maleki-Raeis are Shia Muslims whom raise funds for anti-Israeli groups. They hate Israel. They hate Jews and have been vocal about it since 2000. They run scams defrauding millions of dollars from innocent low income Canadians. They threaten Judges. They threaten government officials. They brag about these two cops being their “sponsor”.

Allegations are that both Detective Maurizio Gentili , #1133 and Detective Mark Charlebois, #815 are both anti-Semites and the Maleki-Raei clan themselves have bragged that their “sponsors” share the same views as they do.

Coincidence? Nope. Like attracts like.
It’s a shame but the truth is the York Regional Police have huge issues. Chief Eric Jolliffe is well aware of these issues and what do we get from him. Silence.

The curious case of Armin Behroozian: Threats to Ontario Court Justices

For weeks I have been receiving emails from a “zubilius1@hotmail.com” asking me for a “face to face” meeting to discuss my expose of Reza Behroozian. Of course he wasn’t a relative of “Mr. Behroozian” but a “close, dear personal friend” that was “sick of the slander and (sic) lyies”. The emails were similar in tone to most of the Maleki garbage you read online but with a lot more profanity and talk of “anal rape” and “prison rape” . The person was clearly mentally ill. However I also answered that if they left a reachable phone number I would contact him to set up a meeting at a public place in GTA. Needless to say a number was never left but a tirade of threatening and perverse emails were sent.

On Saturday night I received a barrage of emails which were jarring and shocking to say the least but from a different email address. The first one commenced in this manner:

This is one of numerous emails he has sent throughout the night and they are continuing. If you look at the URL he referenced:

One is specifically named by a /NAME REMOVED BY REQUEST/  and other Judges are threatened but remain unnamed. In conversations with our contacts at Complaints Boards they have confirmed that the IP addresses of many of those post are from a Roger’s Cable in Richmond Hill, from Royal Bank- Toronto  and a Sympatico account in Markham. If they are served a court order they have confirmed they will fully co-operate.
This is a very disturbing and brazen attack on our Judicial  system. I am under the impression that the family also shares an “unnatural” relationship with some of the York Regional Police Officers involved in the “investigation”. As you can see , Armin Behroozian has referenced “gentili” many times as has numerous other officers  been mentioned.
I will fully co-operate with any agency outside of York Regional Police in any investigation you chose to pursue. I am willing to give full access to this account (mikeklien99@aol.com)  for your Forensics Technologist to analyze this email account and confirm numerous threatening emails came from this account armin.behroozian@gmail.com .

Let us see what is done, if anything. However if I were an Ontario Justice I would be extremely concerned that these people, who ever they are, are at the point where they will brazenly attack a Judge. If Detective Mark Charlebois of the York Regional Police  Badge number 815 has contacted you or attempted to contact you via email, phone or in person previous to Mon, Jan 3, 2011 please email us as soon as possible. The email is listed in red on the right hand side.

We have contacted many online bloggers, insiders and other police forces investigating the series of bizarre email threats sent out to various members of the community.  As of today, no one has heard from or spoken to Detective Mark Charlebois of the York Regional Police. We have confirmed that he is investigating for Afarin Maleki-Raie and other members of the family. The issue with this is no one outside the family or the police investigating  knew this fact. If you read the threat emails sent out on Mon, Jan 3, 2011 ( you can read them here -Threat Email ) they mention Detective Mark Charlebois as an investigator and a “sponsor” of the family. If no one was contacted by him then it is clear who  the author of those emails are- the family or an investigator on the case. We want to exhaust every avenue before we conclude that no one outside the Maleki Family or District 2 of York Regional Police were privy to this information. And if that is the case then it can only be concluded that a Maleki or a police officer is the author of some very threatening emails that  easily constitute a hate crime. No one outside the investigators or the family has certain information. This information was sent out on Mon, Jan 3, 2011. So if the York Regional Police has an explanation for this many will like to hear it.I know they are under no obligation to share this information but here are the facts:

1) On Mon, Jan 3, 2011 emails were sent out stating that Detective Mark Charlebois  #815 of the York Regional Police (District 2) was investigating for the Maleki group
2) As of today, January 13/2011, no one we have spoken with nor anyone intimately involved with the case has been contacted by  Detective Mark Charlebois #815 of the York Regional Police
3) The logical conclusion is that only a police investigator or a family member is privy to this information
4) Therefore only a member of the family could be the author of such an email

Either way this case smells worse than a rotting fish….or rat.

Sound familiar? Anyone see the pattern over here?  This “man” Ben Hafez-Amini also brags about shaking the hand of Detective Maurizio Gentili #1133 of the York Regional Police and seems chummy with him.

Threat Email Number One: Looks like they don’t like their scams being publicized

It looks like the Maleki family and the Behroozian family do not like their scams being “outed”. Reza Behroozian already has another scam operation in full swing. It looks like they have a very cozy relationship with two officers: Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133 and Detective Mark Charlebois #815. Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133 works out of C.I.B District 4 York Regional Police. He seems to be Forooz Maleki’s “sponsor”. Detective Mark Charlebois #815 works out of District 2 C.I.B. He seems to be Afarin Maleki’s “sponsor”. It has been confirmed, and not so politely either, that Detective Mark Charlebois #815 is investigating for Afarin Maleki. You can Google that Detective’s name and come to your own conclusion. We will not comment here.

Anatomy of a scam: How Toronto Auto Station pulled one last fast one

1. Throughout the months of October and November 2010 Reza “Ray” Behroozian of Toronto Auto Station began moving out of the location on 2345 Keele St. , Toronto
2. Many creditors and employees noticed that he may have been pulling a “fast one” on them
3. Reza “Ray” Behroozian stated to those voicing concerns that he was going to “renovate” the building. Specifically he stated that he was going to change the interior floors and redo the exterior drive way
4. Reza “Ray” Behroozian slashed the prices of his automobile inventory (about 30-40 automobiles at this time) to entice potential victims into purchasing the vehicles
5. Reza “Ray” Behroozian started collecting above average “down payments” for the unbelievably low priced vehicles  (reported between $500-2700 down payment per vehicle) but he had one request for the customers- he stated all cars have to be picked up after December.01.2010. Due to the renovations he said they could not finish the paper work and detail the vehicles until the “renovations” were finished. He promised the customers that the “renovations” would be done December.01.2010 and all vehicles could be picked up at that time
6. As he got closer to the “abandonment” date he slashed automobile prices even further. He “sold” the same vehicle up to 30-40 times. A “person” involved with his business (can not be named for safety reasons) knew what was going on. He informed the Toronto Police and they stated “they could not act until they receive a complaint” therefore he was able to continue this scam until November.30.2010
7. At this time he was warned by many and asked not to continue with this scam. Reza “Ray” Behroozian assured them that the renovation story was legitimate and continued to sell the same vehicles over and over again. From reports we are getting it is estimated he collected over $150,000 cash (minimum)  in “down payments” on vehicles he never planned to deliver and never will deliver
8. Reza “Ray” Behroozian continued to advertise automobiles as late as November.20.2010 despite knowing he was leaving Dec.01.2010:

9. This Ford Lariat was sold to a North York man whom payed a $2700 “down payment” . He was told to pick it up on December.01.2010. Toronto Auto Station was completely abandoned at that time and no forwarding information was left with either the customers or the landlord.
10. On the days November 29 and 30, the Property Manager noticed that Reza “Ray” Behroozian and family members including his wife Afarin Maleki and his son, Armin Behroozian, were emptying out the premises and the vehicles were picked up and moved to an unknown location
11. On December.01.2010, Reza “Ray” Behroozian abandoned the building and it was seized. A multitude of ripped off customers were greeted by an empty showroom.

12. The scam was premeditated from at least October.2010
13. One person who complained to Toronto Police had his file referred to York Regional Police at a request of an unnamed Detective. This Detective phoned these people and warned them not to contact either Reza Behroozian or Afarin Maleki or they would be charged with “criminal harassment”. When asked what he will do about the scam he swore at them and stated “Nothing. It’s a civil matter so don’t contact them”.  They will be forwarding these correspondences to the Chief of Police, York Regional Police.
14. If you complain to the Police DO NOT allow Toronto Police to forward the file to York Regional Police. You will be harassed by “unnamed” Detectives whom have a personal relationship with the family
15. Many people contacted Reza “Ray” Behroozian by phone. He was still answering this Toronto Auto Station number : (416) 243-9444 . He bragged to many that they will never see their money again. He stated to not bother with the police as his “detective friends will arrest you white trash and niggers”. He also boosted that he already has opened another business (unknown whether it is a used car dealership) and taunted the callers that he will “make his daughter and son enjoy the stolen money”.

The bottom line is this:
a) Reza “Ray” Behroozian premeditated this scam. He abandoned shop because the “heat’ was on him and decided to pull one last scam before abandoning the premises.
b) he is in possession of about 30-40 vehicles he “sold” but never delivered to customers
c) he is very confident that certain “Detectives” in York Regional Police will protect him and work their “thug” magic for the family
d) he has scammed a minimum of $150,000 but up to $350,000
e) he has not declared bankruptcy so he is most likely is operating another used car dealership (scam)
f) unfortunately his relationship with “certain” York regional Police Detectives will allow him to victimize and harass the targets of his scam
g) it is a family scam and the family was seen helping Reza Behroozian empty out the building. This was caught on security camera
