This man is a text book sociopath and he has operated with impunity, destroying the lives and reputations of good, honest and decent people for more than 30 years. He operates with impunity because he has connections to the police and other people in the Ontario judicial process and knows exactly whose palm to grease. I could not agree with the ladies above that he needs to go to jail where he belongs and he needs to go for a very long time. We have been in the information age for more than 30 years now and still our governments keep throwing money at our police forces for more bodies, gym time and Tasers while the only truly burgeoning crime goes unabated. Fraud and corruption are the most prolific crimes in this country now but you would hardly know it from the statistics from the judicial process. You most certainly would not know it at all to take a look in our jails. While people like Hutchens, rogue cops and greedy politicians are destroying innocent lives and costing all Canadians our police forces continue to pursue the crimes of the disadvantaged and the marginalized. Our police continue to harass visible minorities and prosecute $10 crimes. The York Regional Police are in deep in this as that Rabbi who despite what he has said here to save his own reputation was endorsing Hutchens under his aliases whilst he was well aware of his criminal history and the fact that several people had already complained to the police. The YRP refused to address his crimes because Rabbi Mendel Kaplan is their Chaplain and also because they were receiving direct benefit. There are photographs that prove they received direct benefit and Revenue Canada has donation receipts attesting to the fact that Hutchens made material donations to the Chabad Flamingo, attended by approximately 40% of the YRP. What is more is that there are photographs of a multitude of YRP at a golf tournament where the prizes were as lucrative as SUVs and all expense paid trips to Israel and Sandy Hutchens was a major sponsor. This golf tournament took place whilst he was still serving his sentence for fraud.
The conditions of Sandy Hutchens’ sentence stipulate that he was not to be in the proximity of alcohol nor have it in his home and moreover that the Rabbi Mendel Kaplan, Chaplain of the YRP was to be the keeper of his sobriety. There are colour photographs of the Rabbi, Hutchens as well as other members of the YRP in Hutchens’ home during Fabrgegenan parties with the tables completely laden with alcohol bottles.
The YRP aggressively demanded the jurisdiction of the complaints and then did nothing with the exception of telling his various victims that they were the singular complainant and that no crime had been committed. They went as far as to intimidate his victims when they persisted in the fact that a crime had, indeed, been committed. The elements of his latest scam, in relation to the criminal code of Canada as it relates to fraud, is so simple that a child could understand it. If you take the assets of another by way of deceit then you have committed fraud. At one point and it can be proven he had commitment letters in circulation to the tune of half a billion dollars. The notion that a convicted fraudster, while still serving a sentence for fraud, could have access to that kind of capital is beyond anything that is reasonable. Once he issued those commitment letters the crime had been committed. What outrageous reasons he found afterwards to refuse to close the deal is irrelevant. He did not have the money he committed to lend and he issued a document that was deceitful in order to obtain the front fees.

The Ontario justice department and the Federal justice department has been made aware of all of this and have been provided with information that attests to the fact that Rabbi Mendel Kaplan not only perjured his self for the benefit of Hutchens but also solicited members of his congregation to commit perjury on behalf of Hutchens. Both levels of the Justice system are well aware of this and are in possession of adequate evidence of this and yet have done not one thing.
Malarek is a good man and good investigative journalist but there is a bigger story here that he chose to ignore in the level of corruption in our judicial system that allows people like Hutchens to operate, not only with impunity but also with the assistance of the judicial process while people who steal a meal from a restaurant see real jail time or as the case recently in Quebec get shot at. He used the judicial process years ago when he perpetrated his crimes as a paralegal and the Ontario Housing Tribunal and Toronto police under the Harris government accommodated him. Recently he used the Ontario judicial system to intimidate his victims with an appalling and ludicrous Anton Piller that completely defied every directive given by the Supreme Court.
Hutchens has cost people their lives and savings, their businesses and their good names. He has caused at least one suicide and possibly more. He has put innocent people out of their homes, destroyed countless businesses, ones built by generations of Canadians. In his recent scam he has stolen, as a bare minimum, $10 million dollars that with little doubt has escaped not only the tax system but also the economic multiplier effect and every Canadian shares in that loss because of that.
He has still not been arrested and at last check the YRP still refuse to perform an investigation as it implicates some of their own members. They also still refuse to acknowledge a conflict of interests and to hand the investigation to another police force. The oversight bodies responsible still refuse to do anything about this despite overwhelming evidence of the impropriety and criminal activity of the YRP. During Hutchens years in Toronto and his hundreds (possibly thousands) of victims there the same circumstances existed. The Toronto police convicted him on a very limited basis and only pursued what was for them the most egregious cases, a cancer victim, octogenarians, a disabled war veteran and his own mother-in-law. All his other victims, including the man believed to have committed suicide as a consequence of his crimes, were left to flounder and also intimidated out of their complaints by the Toronto police.
American lawyers have now filed Mareva injunctions to seize the assets of Hutchens and his related companies. How many companies that might be and under what names are anyone’s guess. The Ontario office of incorporations has been told countless times that they facilitate fraud by allowing anyone to register a corporation under any name they feel like at the moment. The law says that it is illegal but what Canadians do not know is that there is no audit of the information provided to register corporations at all. I have personally written several letters to the Office of Ontario and Quebec and received not so much as a courtesy response in regards to this. They do not care that they facilitate fraud they are not about to increase their work load.
Information crimes go unabated in this country what is worse is that our judicial process does not only seem unable and unwilling to investigate and prosecute it but all facts point to the hard truth that our judicial process and our governments are complicit in it at every corner.
Why is this still not being addressed? What needs to happen? Fraud is what brought the US economy to its knees. Ironically the whole scam that set the housing fallout in the States was commenced by a Canadian living in Florida. What needs to happen for white collar criminals and corrupt police and corrupt government and corrupt judiciaries to finally be held accountable for their crimes in this country?

The Hafez-Amini family , on behalf of their terrorist and con artist family, usually inundate us with multiple threat emails per day demanding that we remove the blog or risk “arrest” or worse at the hands of the York Regional Police. This has happened to many other bloggers. Throwing threats around for these people is as Kosher as drinking a glass of water. In fact, in Spring 2008, Reza “Ray” Behroozian threatened a plaintiff in Small Claims Court (47 Sheppard, Toronto Ontario on December 15, 2008) in front of a Justice of a Peace. It was forwarded to the Toronto Police whom contacted York Regional Police where nothing happened as they said they “can’t act until he acts” (on a death threat!). This is well documented with the Attorney General office and it stems from this complaint issued by a lady whom now lives in New York State. She endured months and months of criminal harassment from Reza “Ray” Behroozian and his family of con artist and criminals until she had to give up her claim against Reza “Ray” Behroozian although she was winning in court. Their original complaint can be found here and was acted upon in Small Claims Court until the plaintiff had to give up her case due to the fact that both the Toronto Police and Detective Constable Ian Mason of York Regional Police failed to act. Fearing for her life and the life of her family she had to abandon a case which amounted to fraud, criminal harassment, uttering death threats etc. This case was examined and investigated by Rip Off report as Reza “Ray” Behroozian threatened to sue. They found it credible and it remained as numerous other complaints against Toronto Auto Station remain. Rip Off report verified the claim as real and refused to remove the report. Rip Off report tells us that they too had to endure a campaign of terror and harassment from Reza “Ray” Behroozian and his employees at Toronto Auto Station.

On April 17,2011 this blog , as well as numerous other agencies including York Regional Police officers, received a very menacing email threat. The threat was sent to numerous entities and it included very graphic and detailed threats to Judges, people and even government agencies. It seems that the family are not happy with the legal system in Ontario, they are not happy with the real and investigated online complaints put against their obviously fraudulent used car dealerships . However, they are extremely happy and comfortable with the York Regional Police.What is interesting about this email is that Ben Hafez-Amini of Dallas Roadster included a police incident number that originates to the Richardson Police Department. I have sent inquiries to the Richardson Police Department and they have verified that it is a legitimate incident number and only the Richardson Police,Texas and Ben Hafez-Amini and his wife Doris Hafez-Amini knew this incident number until they posted it publicly online .

It is clear that this email could have only be sent by a handful of people who were aware of the incident number cited in the email: 10-092510 . The original email will follow with screenshots of the IP address they come from (anything from Dallas Roadster comes from Dallas, Texas IP or a New York City IP).

Hail to the Chief.

Chief Eric Jolliffe looks like he’s using the same “head in the sand” technique his predecessor used. Or maybe not. No one really asked Chief Eric Jolliffe what his philosophical stance on Jews and Israel is. Maybe he agrees with the exponentially growing Islamic population infiltrating York Region? Maybe he agrees with the influential and politically active rabid Anti-Israel , politically influential Richmond Hill based  Iman Zafar Bangash ? Perhaps it is true what Iman Zafar Bangash claims in his furious and mouth foaming speeches that he “has the ear” of Inspector Graeme Turl of District 2 and can “arrest anyone, anywhere” as he falsely and publicly brags he did with the EDL members whom visited with the Jewish Defense League of Toronto? Or perhaps this is all a huge” coincidence”? Perhaps all these allegations of arrest by Detective Mark Charlebois and Detective Maurizio Gentili and the Nazi affiliations of Const. Derek Cadieux are all the figment of one person’s sick and deranged mind? Then again who would have thought in a million years that in Canada you would hear an officer of the peace, a sworn officer of the law utter these filthy  words: ” THIS AIN’T CANADA” ?  Would an officer like that align themselves with these intolerant and backwards people? Maybe he really believes “this ain’t Canada”? The bottom line is someone or some people are sure as hell confident Detective Mark Charlebois is their personal security force.This dates back to at least 6 months online and G-D knows how long elsewhere. Let’s hope this is not the case but recent reports from other bloggers have been saying an ugly and corrupted scenario is happening up in York Region.

And the response from “Chief” Eric Jolliffe to all of this?:
“I’m not totally alarmed by these numbers. Our ability is now to get into communities to encourage them to report and we may see more in this category because of that.”

What should alarm the Chief more is these numerous “allegations” and “coincidences” that keep on popping up in York Region. What should “alarm” the Chief more is his officers going on camera and proudly proclaiming “This ain’t Canada” and physically assaulting a civilian half his size whom poses no danger or risk of violence and is told “you have no civil rights”. However, I digress- If the “Chief” was close personal friends with a  pimp and drug dealer (Sergeant Robert Penman, 52, of Newmarket,) and was the Deputy “Chief” when they basically gave a slap on the wrist to a sick and twisted police officer whom waged a 7 year campaign of terror against  Dan Major for some “sex” on the side (Sergeant Terry Jordan of Newmarket) then does it really surprise anyone that York Regional Police officers align themselves with known and noted Islamic Anti-Semites? Or does it surprise anyone that out of the 109 hate crime incidents reported in 2010 the Jewish people of York Region took the brunt of most of these hate crimes? And only 3 were reported against Muslims despite the fact that the Islamic population in York Region dwarfs the Jewish population?

Of course these are all “allegations” but the sheer number of coincidences is ridiculous. More ridiculous than the disgusting and seemly purposeful resemblance of Const. Derek Cadieux to a fictional Nazi character.

In 2011 is it the York Regional Police? Or is it the YorKKK Regional Police?

Stay tuned for the name of the Detective Constable in District 4 whom has a mother in Keswick that is extremely active in far right, anti-immigration, anti-Israeli groups. This will be presented with factual evidence and forwarded to “Chief” Eric Jolliffe. We’ll see how “alarmed” he is of this fact.

Crime down overall, hate reports soar

Hate crimes reported to York Regional Police spiked to 106 last year — the biggest increase in five years.
At the same time hate crimes were on the rise, the overall number of reported crimes fell 1.1 per cent, led by drops in property crime, stolen vehicles and youth crime, for instance.
The numbers are contained in the York police annual statistical report, presented yesterday to the York Region Police Services Board.
The increase in hate crimes concerned Maple resident Aslam Daud, the national general secretary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Canada, who said community leaders and police must tackle the issue with more education and ethno-cultural communities must continue to interact with each other.
It’s increasingly important as a sense of global community becomes more pervasive, he said.
“There is no way out but to realize that cities must become multicultural,” he added.
Hate-motivated behaviour is a concern, but’s it remains “very marginal” in York and often results from a lack of understanding.
He said while some homes in his community have had windows broken and there has been some vandalism in the neighbourhood, he isn’t convinced the incidents were motivated by hate.
York’s Muslim community was the target of three hate crimes last year, an increase from two in 2009, the report states.
Hate crimes can trickle down from global events, Chief Eric Jolliffe said, noting graffiti is a common form of hate crime in the region.
“I think it’s important that our community feel comfortable to come to us to report a crime that disturbs them. I think that’s very encouraging,” the chief said.
“I’m not totally alarmed by these numbers. Our ability is now to get into communities to encourage them to report and we may see more in this category because of that.”
The York police diversity bureau, which employes a 21-officer hate crime unit, has a mandate to work with diverse communities in the region.
The unit has enough staff to deal with hate crime in the region, Chief Jolliffe said.
Meanwhile, Len Rudner, Ontario regional director for Canadian Jewish Congress, said anyone working to stamp out hatred realizes it’s a long-term endeavour.
Any number of hate crimes is too many, Mr. Rudner said, adding hate crimes will unfortunately always exist.
Police received reports of 41 hate crimes targeting the Jewish community in 2010, up from 19 last year.
Mr. Rudner said he believes there are two ways to look at the number of hate crimes reported to York police in last year: that last year was worse than 2009, or that people victimized were more comfortable reporting the incidents to police.
When a hate incident occur, there is nothing more powerful than several people speaking out against it, he said.
And, people, getting to know others in their neighbour can help with that, Mr. Rudner said.
“While it may be an accident of real estate that brings us together, we should capitalize on those happy accidents,” he said.
Spikes in hate-motivated incidents can be seen during times of strife in the Middle East, Mr. Rudner noted.
Mr. Rudner said he believes the region’s Jewish community is well-served by York police.
The York police board renewed a $20,000 reward for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a 2004 anti-Semitic graffiti spree in Thornhill.
Ultimately, everyone has an opportunity to model behaviour that chips away at hateful attitudes, even at home or at work, Mr. Rudner said.

Her ruthlessness and cunning are not. The Khuk, or the Pig , is well known in the Iranian community as the “to go” person for anything dealing in the underworld:

The above quote is from a Homicide Detective with the York Regional Police as given to family members of the victim Arash Elijah Bakhtaryani. Five days later Maryam Torabipour was on the streets while their son was being buried. And who was Maryam Torabipour released to? Gangster Momma Fariba Maleki-Raei and Original Iranian Gangster Grandma Fatemeh Hafez-Amini get the “impossible” done and get Maryam Torabipour bail. So much for York Regional Police promises.

To make matters worse do you know how the family of the victim , Arash Elijah Bakhtaryani, found out that the dangerous and murderous Maryam Torabipour is on the streets again? Through this blog. Yes. The “glorious” and “honorable” York Regional Police didn’t even have the courtesy or the decency to pick up the phone and tell the murder victim’s family that Maryam Torabipour is once again on the streets enjoying her BMW, her tanning sessions and her multiple lattes per day. And once again Maryam Torabipour and her Grandma Gangster were already threatening people over the weekend. They waste no time. Then again why should they? The “glorious” Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133 “adores” and “cherishes” the family. A corrupt and dirty cop is a great friend indeed.

So while the Homicide squad can’t even take 30 seconds out of their day to inform the victim’s family that an accessory to a first degree murder (I.e. a targeted hit done in a busy parking lot with no care in the world for Canadian law and order) is back on our streets doing Maleki-Raei business (extortion, perjury, drugs and guns sales, fake car accident schemes etc.) let’s see what other members of the York Regional police had time to do:

1) Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133- The Maleki-Raei clan brag in an email sent to over 50 people (we will publish this email once we clear it with our attorney) that Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili did these acts for them:

• Helped bring false charges to court and dragged it on for over a year
• Fixed and delayed phone records presented to the courts
• Protects their criminal activity by destroying , fabricating and hiding evidence pointing to their guilt
• Goes from jurisdiction to jurisdiction to intimidate, threaten and bully those whom dare complain about the Maleki-Raei family
• helps them apply for a restraining order (this is not even done in criminal court and is not a police issue, it is a family court issue) and does an illegal and unethical CPIC check for them and spends his “day off” waiting with them and assisting them in court to acquire this restraining order (and the restraining order was attached to the email believe it or not). This restraining order has Fariba Maleki-Raei, Foroozandeh Maleki-Raei, Afarin Maleki-Raei and Farzaneh Maleki-Raei listed as the moving parties. The order failed miserably and coincidentally the presiding Judge was threatened online for “offending” the “glorious” and “honorable” Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133 of the York Regional Police. Needless to say they outline and brag about this in an email no less.

2) Sgt. Terry Jordan- He did these acts for Sherry Major

• drafted and prosecuted multiple false charges for her
• protected and destroyed evidence for her
• helped her in various scams and cons she pulled
• wrote numerous emails and love letters on police paper and time to her
• did numerous illegal and unethical CPIC checks for her
• wrote letters to the Newmarket  Crown Attorneys on her part
• helped her move in and out of homes on police time

So for the victims the York Regional Police are ‘too busy’ to make one little courtesy call. Yet for the criminals these officers ‘cherish and adore’ they spend numerous days and months on illegal activity all under the nose of their “Honorable” Chief. Deeds Speak.

It’s simply a disgrace. Remember these words when you decide to co-operate with the York Regional Police and learn from this blog: They are corrupt. They are polluted. And they are out of control. If you are a criminal make friends with a York Regional Police officer. They can teach you many tricks and protect any criminal enterprise you have going….for a fee.  They will even assist you in laying  false charges and spend countless of hours with  corrupt Crown Attorneys in Newmarket court to ensure they waste and disgrace court time to prosecute imaginary crimes for their “gal pals”. In York Region the criminals don’t need guns, they need a corrupt “Detective” as a friend. That’s how it works in York Region.

However, if you are victim: RUN. They will not help you. Not only will they not help you they will endanger your life by assisting and helping the very murderers, thieves and low lives whom are trying to harm you.

Iranian Gangster and cited “associate” of York Region/ Toronto   gang the Champagne Crew (affiliated with Toronto “rappers” Champagne Gang) and other various Iranian-Afghanistan gangs, Maryam Torabipour , doesn’t seem to be the only gun loving, drug dealing and terrorist affiliated Maleki-Raei in the family.

As stated previously Maryam Torabipur is the daughter of notorious con artist and Royal Bank employee and very cunning  money launderer Fariba Maleki-Raei. Maryam Torabipour is also the niece of Forooz Maleki-Raei (AKA Firoozandeh Maleki-Raei, Firdozandeh Maleki-Raei and Foroozandeh Maleki-Raei). It also seems that on an application for her Canadian Citizen card  dated November / 2010 Forooz Maleki-Raei had given her home address as 18 Edgar Ave., Richmond Hill  That is the same address that Maryam Torabipour has listed in her bail application (her residence) . That address is also the address of record for Maryam Torabipour as listed by the York Regional Police in her arrest incident.

Forooz Maleki-Raei was charged for “possession of a restricted and prohibited weapon” in a York Regional Operation investigating drug and gun sales. This arrest took place in May 2004. This investigation netted automatic machine guns and various deadly handguns.

Now fast forward to 2011.  Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi, Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili and Detective Mark Charlesbois of the York Regional Police have all vouched for the Maleki-Raei family and Maryam Torabipour. Our sources tell us the most ardent and vocal supporter is Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili #1133. The Maleki-Raei family has also bragged that he has spent over 10 hours with them in court, on his day off, to “help” them achieve their criminal goals. Members of a downtown Toronto government agency threatened by Maryam Torabipour and the Maleki-Raeis in Oct.2010 also tell us that they believe that not only was Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili involved in the threats but he went overboard in intimidating and threatening victims whom wanted a proper investigation against the Maleki-Raei family. It is of note that many whom have dealt with Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili have cited his reaction to any factual negative responses towards the Maleki-Raei family as “personally offended and hurt” to the point that the victims felt he was trying to “intimidate” and “coerce” them into lying or changing the facts that would point to the Maleki-Raei’s guilt.

Does this make sense to anyone out there? Is it possible that these police officers in York Region were clueless about the criminality that was taking place within the family? Is it possible that Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili violently and rudely admonished anyone who dared mention Maryam Torabipour in a factual bad light up and until January 2011? Was he really clueless to the fact that Detectives in his own District 4 had her cited as an “affiliate” to a violent narcotics and murderous gun dealing street gang? Can this be a possibility? Willful blindness perhaps?

Or did he know? Did he pull a “York Regional Police Shuffle” ? This shuffle was created by former Chief Armand La Barge , carried on by current Chief Eric Jolliffe and perfected by Sergent Terry Jordan. You can read Sergent Terry Jordan’s story here:

Does Sgt. Terry Jordan’s story sound eerily similar to this story? Bad cop meets bad floozy. Bad cop creates, destroys and ignores evidence for said floozy. Bad cop’s criminality, although known to the Chief and his bosses, is ignored. Bad cop embarrasses an already disreputable and criminal police force. Chief  “apologizes” for bad cop. Nothing happens.

The only difference between Sgt. Terry Jordan’s love interest and Detective Constable Maurizio Gentili’s “adored” and “cherished” friend  is the seriousness of the crimes committed. Sherry Major was a con artist. The Malekis are   murderous, gun dealing and terrorist funding psycho paths. The danger level is about as high as it can get with these terrorist supporters.
